Penny completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in anatomy and physiology at Sydney University in the 1990s. When assisting in the dissection of a cadaver in her final year, Penny still vividly remembers the first time she had to wield a scalpel. It was at around the same time that she decided the conventional medical path wasn’t quite right for her and set about exploring other avenues. Since then, Penny has trained in Homeopathy, Nutrition, and more recently Herbal medicine, and uses all these modalities in her clinic. She specialises in childhood behavioural issues and women’s health. Along the way, Penny also discovered a love of teaching and since 2015 has been balancing a busy clinic with college teaching work. Some of the subjects she is passionate about include homeopathy, nutrition, anatomy and physiology, pathology, biochemistry, and supervision of student clinics.
